Nate Silver
Partner, Head of Business Development
Prior to founding Wander Home, Nate had a 12 year long career in multi-family real estate development and construction management in Washington DC. Nate has overseen the on-time and on-budget completion of over 3000 apartments in mixed-use commercial buildings.
He has a dual degree in civil engineering and sustainable construction management from SUNY ESF/Syracuse University where he was a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
Nate loves working with people, solving complex challenges, and creating streamlined systems and operations that improve Wander Home's hospitality and partner services.
When he is not working, Nate loves to spend time with his friends and family, rooting for Philadelphia sports teams, running, hiking, biking, playing volleyball, traveling the world, and working in his vegetable garden.
Rex Romano
Partner, Head of Operations
Prior to founding Wander Home, Rex was the lead architect on the design of over 1000 single-family houses for a nationwide luxury home developer.
He was also involved in the development of numerous commercial, institutional and multi-family projects, including the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City and Philadelphia's Navy Yard.
Rex is organized, meticulous and motivated to build strong relationships between Wander Home and it's partners.
His passions include traveling with his family, hiking, cooking, summers at the beach, recreational sports and supporting the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and 76ers.
Marianne Garlitos
Guest Relations Manager
Marianne started as a Quality Analyst for a large telecommunications company in the US before moving to the Real Estate world. She worked as an evaluator for property management groups, handling the Maintenance team for single family, multi-family and military homes.
She also worked with Airbnb for four years as a Global Quality Analyst before deciding to become a full time virtual assistant. She likes baking, cooking and travelling to Bantayan Island which she considers as her second home.
Pennylaine Bognot
Operations Manager
Pennylaine graduated Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Magna Cum Laude, and has been in the guest relations industry for over five years.
Prior to joining Wander Home, Pennylaine worked as a team leader virtually managing more than 40 luxury apartments in Texas. When she’s not working, Pennylaine likes spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering for children’s charity works.
